Now that the weather is starting to dip [surprisingly low], I am sharing Part 2 of this H&M burnt orange skirt. As I mentioned in Part 1, not only does this skirt screams 90’s revival, it gives me sweet nostalgia for sneaking into my sister’s room to watch 90210, well past my bedtime.
Look Three: Full on Fall

Shirt: J. Crew Factory // Skirt: H&M // Belt: Target
Shoes: Shopbop [Used] [Black] // Necklace: Sugarfix by Bauble Bar [Similar]
Boot Cuffs: Amazon // Bracelet: Boutique [similar]
From the perfect chambray shirt to the sweater boot cuffs to the dark brown boots, this looks screams, “It’s Fall, Y’all!”. From the top, I am pairing the burnt orange skirt with my favorite button down from J.Crew Factory. I am wearing a size XS and it’s still roomy enough to move around it, but tailored enough to wear under sweaters as the temps drop.
Would you believe that’s the same belt featured in many of my style posts…only flipped inside out? Check out the backside of your belts, maybe you have one that can flip the same trick. If not, this staple piece is still in stock. Y’all know I love tying the end off in a knot for a little extra detailed oomph.
Raise your hand if you love a little sweater cuff peek-a-boo over the top off riding boots! Ooh, me! Not only does this style statement keep the wind out, legs a little warmer, but it adds another layer of texture and pattern to make
Look Four: Keeneland is Calling

Sweater: Nordstrom // Shirt: J. Crew Factory // Skirt: H&M
Shoes: Shopbop [Used] [Black] // Necklace: Sugarfix by Bauble Bar [Similar]
Bracelet: Boutique [similar]
Another opportunity to style my favorite cardigan with this skirt. This look is perfect for a day at Keeneland no matter the wind chill or potential for rain.
In Part I, I styled the cardigan with a white statement tee. Today, I am creating an extra cozy ensemble by pairing it with my long sleeve chambray shirt, tied off at the waist. Despite keeping my accessories the same throughout all 4 looks, the addition of my flat brim fedora is a game changer.
Three years ago I attended a Fall White Elephant Mom’s Night Out. Everyone bought a trendy fall accessory [priced under $15] to exchange. This hat was my takeaway and I have absolutely adored it. If you’re considering a girl’s night out like the one I attended, hint, hint: I just picked up a similar hat in navy for $5 from the Target Dollar Spot.
As much as I am a go-to for affordable fashion, I am sporting pricier footwear in both of these looks. These Tory Burch riding boots were a treasured birthday gift a few years ago. While I don’t always splurge on myself, that doesn’t mean I don’t go a little heart-eyes for designer merch.
The Look that Keeps Giving
To recap, the same H&M skirt and statement necklace were used in all four looks, while the statement tee, chambray button down and curved hem cardigan were all utilized twice. I love to create new styles all while using the same items multiple times and ways. I challenge you to find a piece in your closet that can be styled in more than one way. Let me know what it is below in the comments. If you need help thinking outside the box, I’m here for just that!
