What Is The Holiday Hustle Harder Challenge?

The Holiday Hustle Harder Challenge is a fitness group that kicks off on Monday, November 26th and will end on Monday, December 24th. The four–week challenge will be an intimate group of 10 people from all different points in their health and wellness journey.
What Is Asked of a Participant?
All of the participants of the Holiday Hustle Harder Challenge will “meet” up daily in a private Facebook group. It is requested that each participant checks in daily [in some capacity] to the group in an effort to support and motivate one another.
What’s the Actual Challenge?
The challenge itself is to complete a fitness related activity for 30 minutes a day, every day. Whether it’s running, Beachbody On Demand, walking, or an exercise class, the goal is to get and stay active long enough to make daily fitness a habit.

Is Beachbody On Demand Required to Participate?
Nope. The goal of this challenge is to get ahead of those resolutions instead of starting 10 lbs behind from all the holiday indulgences. While a handful of the participants will be using the Beachbody On Demand programs, it is not a requirement to participate.

I’ve got kids/a job/etc and the evening is the only time for my spouse and me to wind down and connect…
The couple that exercises together stays together. At least that’s how I have convinced Taylor to hop on board the fitness train. We’ve actually shared on Instagram stories discussing how completing an exercise program together gave us more time together.
Instead of sitting on the couch, staring at our phones while a show played, we choose to do something that actually benefits our lives. Furthermore, our kids try to join in during our Beachbody programs which instill a health and wellness priority in them as well.
I am already fit and exercise regularly…
