If you follow me on Instagram, you know my morning starts off at 5:30 a.m. with a 30-minute workout. It wasn’t always that way, in fact, I used to consider running 3 miles a day my fitness routine. That was until a friend convinced me to try an at-home workout, streamed right to my living room from an app.
Two years later, I am taking those workouts and sharing the results everyday. What you can’t see in before and after photos is the power of a strong mind, a determined woman, and a mom who is carving out time for herself to be better for everyone else.
